QTS is currently seeking an experienced outside sales professional who is creative, passionate, and results-driven. An ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be energized by new challenges, and have a competitive, entrepreneurial spirit. Proven experience building and maintaining client relationships is a must as is the ability to motivate and guide members of a cross-functional team.

Job Summary

  • Develop new account relationships and maintain current accounts in order to meet or exceed sales forecast.
  • Negotiate customer requirements and ensure specifications and expectations are understood and achieved.
  • Drive and coordinate customer relations activities including sales calls, customer visits, trade shows, internal communication, and other interactions.

 Skills and Experience

  • 4 year Business or Engineering Degree.
  • 2-5 years of outside sales experience is required.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Demonstrated skills in public speaking and giving presentations.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time.
  • Experience in selling technical services to manufacturing companies in the medical device industry is a plus.
  • Experience with ISO certified companies, highly regulated industries and/or the FDA is helpful.
