Ideal Candidate Profile

QTS is currently seeking an energetic, responsive and well-organized full-time Customer Service Coordinator. This position will be responsible for being the primary customer service contact and resource for existing customer products and product line extensions, providing a range of services covering all aspects of the Customer Service Coordinator role.

 

Job Summary

Customer Management Responsibilities

  • Work closely with sales to manage all customer interaction with QTS.
  • Coordinate customer supplied or purchased inventory.
  • Provide project coordination on existing customer products and product line extensions.

Customer Support

  • Assist engineers, buyers, production, shipping, finance, and sales with customer requests, requirements and priorities.

Other as specific to the position

  • Assist sales with obtaining quote information, creating and delivering quotes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Skills and Experience

  • High School Diploma, Bachelors in related field preferred.
  • 2-10 years of experience in customer service field/purchasing/planning.
  • Customer service experience and purchasing experience.
  • Clear, effective communication skills (verbal and writing)
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize and multi task
